I called in to Tower Heating & Air to get some information about my newly installed BOSCH HVAC which was actually completed by another company. I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I remind you, that I did not buy the equipment or have the install done by Tower Heating and Air, as I live about an hour away, but Reggie still took the time out of his incredibly busy morning to help me out. They came out quickly and diagnosed an issue with my heater. The combustion blower had failed. Cost me $99. I’d give them 5 stars for that. The estimate came back at $1894. I questioned the amount and looked up the part. It was about $700 retail price. They told me they reviewed with service mgr and he said it was a standard cost. I sourced oem Trane part for $400 online. It literally took less than 20 minutes to install.

I met Craig in a local networking group, and when my hot water heater decided to rupture, I rang him up and he was able to get Monroe, Ian, and Juan over to my place in 1 business day. Our water heater was a bit odd, so they had to find a solution that would fit, but they stayed with me and it as the found one, took the old one out, installed the new one (which was a bit more complicated than expected), and now we have hot water again! Thanks Craig, Robert, Monroe, Ian, and Juan!

My hot water was leaking and caused my neighbors to have damages, Mo and Austin on y’all’s team were amazing this morning! They came in fixe the issue and explained what happened and that it shouldn’t happen in the future! I highly recommend these guys!! 10/10!

Great experience with Tower, specifically Moe the technician who came to our home. They came out same day of service call to diagnose tankless hot water heater. Advised problem may be with cartridges in the shower itself which will lead us to test other shower to determine real fix needed. Grateful for their honest diagnosis and not trying to sell us parts and services not needed.
