My pool turned out to look terrific. I want to thank Burton and his crew Fred ,Ward,Ric and the guys i cant remember their names right now. You were great you made me feel like part of the family i really appreciate that. I look forward in the future to have a long lasting relationship. I will definitely referred you to T@C to all my friends who are thinking about getting a pool Thanks !!!!

Our overall experience, in fact our ENTIRE overall experience was of the highest quality due to their friendly, accommodating and responsive approach to their clients. They treated us like family. And that’s the way we’ve always treated the clients with whom we do business. A ‘quality’ organization is worth sticking with. They they not only helped us design and build our pool, but continue to care for it fives years on. We wouldn’t have anyone else touch it.

Let me first start by saying we did not get any service from this company. My comment is about a technician driving one of their trucks. We recently moved to the area from Tennessee and find DC drivers largely rude and self-centered. On the day we were (today) to get our keys to our new place, I was in the right lane which turned into a right turn only lane. I needed to get over and he let me in. It was the first act of kindness I had received on the roads in the area and it won't be forgotten. After spending a week in a hotel and learning the roads, big city life can be pretty frustrating. If this employee's actions are any indication of the kind of employees you hire your business should do great. His actions are an example of how we can all treat each other and an example of how kindnes

Working with T&C was the most positive expierence I have ever had with a contractor. Responsive, fair, timely and professional. Everyone was friendly and good at their job. The work is top tier quality.

This review is for the companies exceptional customer service. I stoped by for a non-pool service related matter, after talking to the front desk I was introduced to the company president. He greeted me and went above and beyond listening and assisting me. I felt this company and it’s managers did the exact right thing for me. I would recommend them based solely on there top notch customer service and excellent people skills. This review is not based on the pool service just there fantastic office staff.
