Town & Country Swimming Pools

They are expensive stay away even if you use products they want damn the whole price let them pay their own mortgage or rent or whatever they’re paying don’t you pay it? I won’t even give us a star. Please go out of business.

Unbelievably terrible experience with this company. Hired them to open my pool the week before Memorial Day, something came up they had to reschedule that’s fine. For the next 3 weeks I had to chase down a date and every time I spoke to the office I was told the same thing. “He doesn’t make a schedule, he kinda just does it whenever he feels like it” and that is how it went until 3 days ago when I told the person in the office that if they couldn’t do it by June 4th I was going to hire someone else. Well that got me a call back and I was told I was on the schedule for june 6th. Ok great now we have a date. Well they came today and I wish they hadn’t. They simply took the cover off the pool and left it on the side of the pool. They then turned on the filter but didn’t even bother to open th

During the off season, I bought my Christmas tree from the business. I was so indecisive because every tree was near perfect. Prices were fair considering how much they went up in recent years. So happy with my choice!

Town and Country installed our first pool, which lasted almost 18 years! The Father was live then and we could not ask for better people. He even went the extra mile and after digging out for the pool area, moved that dirt out front where we told him we were putting a driveway turn around in. At no extra cost!!! Then we had them put in the second pool as it was time to upgrade that older one. We never had a problem with the pool or the Town and Country Family owned business. We recommend them to anyone who over the years has considered a pool. We feel like they are family and would be very sad if they ever closed shop. Our pool always looks amazing and have so many people ask where we got it and who put it in for us. Would give a 5 star for sure. Happy customers.

Not being able to go into the store due to the pandemic, I was initially concerned I wouldn't be able to see what i needed to get, or get the correct items. The woman that came to my car was super helpful and walked me thru each step i needed to take to stabilize my pool water, and came with the correct products and didn't try to oversell me things i didn't need. It was my first time there and my first time managing a pool and she was so thorough with my water testing and ensuring i got my levels where they needed to be. I will be going back!
