Very rude employees. You come out to ask whats going on when they are parked right outside of your house and a dude comes over with an attitude getting rude with you stating its a public street. I didnt even get mad about that because I know its a public street but they were outside my house and they had 2 trucks side by side for a while which was blocking the ENTIRE road way.

Townsend got called out to top off a tree bending over on my neighbors power line. The tree is in an easement that we do not own but we take care of the surrounding area of it. They topped the tree off and left the branches they cut off and logs scattered all over my yard. left two garbage bags and water bottles just laying around that i brought out to them. The boss said we were just called out to get it off the line. The way he allowed his workers to leave my yard after the fact is extremely unprofessional.

The last 2 of 3 of your crews that use the truckstop in Paducah,Kentucky,as a drop yard,absolutely suck,as far as being a gracious visitor. They obviously have no presence of awareness,that by taking up,on some days as much as 25% of all official TRUCK parking lanes,when they could on a daily basis only block 12% of the official TRUCK parking lanes. Please be more respectful of the drivers that need these spaces,for SAFE parking! Thank you for your attetion to rhis matter.

Stole my trees and cut more than they were suppose to. The owner who was one of the ones loading his truck and stealing the wood said, “it’s easier to block, load and haul the trees out then moving them off to the side.” Then tried to use that to justify stealing over 20 trees including well away from where they were permitted to cut. Then after talking to the owner they dropped two trees in the roadway and just left them there. Buried my farm gate in trees. Broke the electrical line more. Cut and broke the internet line. Then ran it over multiple times. Absolutely unprofessional. Should be out of business and in jail.

The worst company ever, in my opinion! They have totally destroyed my trees! Nipsco hired them to trim my trees by the power lines, trim, not destroy!. They took every bit of limbs, leaves and left barren tree trunks! They also left a huge mess of tree limbs, huge limbs and branches in my yard, I am a 60 year old disabled lady, I can’t dispose of them! My lawn service comes to mow Fridays, but they will not move it or clean it up. The town put up a barrier of bushes and small trees to stop all the noise from the factory, Townsend took them all down which violated our town policy! Then I called the company to complain, they gave out my phone number to an employee that called me harassing me, kept telling me to go outside and talk to him face to face, I felt intimidated and harassed!
