Review of TPM General Contractors – Liverpool, NY I am sharing my experience so other homeowners will research carefully before hiring TPM General Contractors in Liverpool, NY. After a fire at my home, I hired TPM General Contractors to perform the rebuilding work and paid most of the contract amount expecting the work to be completed properly. Unfortunately, my experience involved what I believe to be shoddy and incomplete work. There were also concerning issues related to electrical work, heating vents that appeared to have been covered rather than properly installed, some items that appeared to be lower quality than what was originally expected, and a proper crawl space/attic access was never installed, along with many other concerns. This team comes highly recommended. I had a water leak and my homeowners insurance sent the TPM contractors to my home. Tom, Rich, and Jim are experienced, smart, and skilled leaders of these workers. TPM are honest and efficient and do beautiful work. Thank you!

First thing I am going to say is any issues we had were corrected. A door of my choice was installed. I preferred a back entry door without the usual windows. For security purposes and truthfully for privacy. My neighbors kitchen window faces our back door. A gas line was removed by the HVAC company not TPM to install new heating vents. TPM offered to replace the gas line. I am sure you can see my son review but please know he is not the home owner. That's how he views things and I am not going to say he is wrong. Some times there is a charm to an older home. Things that sadly cannot be replaced because of a budget. The inside was completely gutted and rebuild after a fire. They are making changes without consulting us. They seem to have no idea what our house looked like before the fire nor do they ask. They are supposed to restore our house the way it was and only make changes to its appearance if we want it. Once some of the things they've done were addressed as unliked the GC gets abrupt and says they won't be changing it. They removed a gas line in the basement that was for a stove and are denying the lines purpose without permission. They have blocked the crawl spaces in our attic. I had a complete loss in May of 2023 due to a fire. TPM arrived to secure my home. In speaking to Tom , he was very up front and transparent from start to finish. His staff is incredibly knowledgeable down to the receptionist. There was constant communication throughout the process which in a situation like this put me at ease. The finish product came out amazing. I highly recommend TPM
