Never in my life have I been treated so poorly in my life. I had to call corporate to get the reseat on an 8 month old chainsaw that broke. The manager threatened to kick me out of the store. Shane is the lowest person I have met in customer service. The lady that was there said get the receipt and she would handle it. That was a lie. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and making a complaint.

I stopped going in the Greenville store for two reasons. 1) I'm tired of watching the same people standing around doing nothing and not helping customers while the same workers are carrying the load. 2) I refuse to stay in any place that allows vaping in the store and smoking close to the doors. Tractor has become another woke company that overlooks rules, regulations, and laws. The store manager does nothing about bullying and hateful comments managers direct at subordinates. This is a disgrace.

If I could give ZERO stars I most definitely would. All I have to say is Makayla is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and worst employee I’ve encountered. People hire anyone these days. Worst location, worst customer service, worst employees, would not recommend.

sure could use more than one checker open, and have the self check out working on a Saturday when the line is wrapped around the checkout kiosk.

Very helpful and sincere folks working here. More than honest in what products and services can be done here. Moved to Greenville a month or two ago from Dallas and this location had been superb in recommendations for lawn care, power tools, and home goods for me, a first time home buyer. Made returns and exchanges easy with no over promising and under delivering, commonly seen in a corporate structure. I feel more at home knowing this store will support me and my wife with our future home projects here in Greenville. Thanks again to management and sales associates for complete honesty and unbiased recommendations.
