Unfortunately, the store manager, Pam, doesn't care about customers who were told the wrong information from another employee. It is really simple; employees make mistakes and that is life. However, when someone so prideful like Pam can't make it right with the customer and take care of us to make the wrong right. Then this is so unprofessional and very disturbing. I was told by another manager that my over $400 in new product could be returned to my credit card if I returned them within 30 days of the receipt. She was so uncaring and unprofessional that she actually forced me to take all of the money back in the form of a gift card that I do not want. She could have easily called corporate to get this resolved, but she lied and actually said that no one at corporate could take care o

I was just at the Hays Ks. Location I drove over and hour to get there to buy thier 81 gun Cannon safe on sale. (That shows in stock online..pick up today & I had called earlier in the day and was told the system says they have them in stock.) Took my truck and borrowed a trailer and asked a few buddies to go with me for help moving it.. got there to find out they sold the last one yesterday?? and that the website hadn't updated. ???? I declined because at that point as I was a bit heated over the situation as i had taken time off work and was now wasting everybodys time!! Several employees but they were so busy chatting amongst themselves they didn't have time to help customers. Finally left with what I could find myself, will go to the one in great bend where they actually care about customer service. Hays store manager needs to pay attention to what his\her employees are doing.

I went in to the store on Monday to purchase chicken feed, and they only had 2 bags in stock. Those store manager offered/insisted to order in more for me, and I let her know that I lived an hour away and would be back this weekend. On Tuesday, I called the store and asked them to put 4 bags of game bird feed on hold also, and they got my name and said they were holding them. Tonight, my brother was in town and went to pickup the items and had a horrible experience. The store manager was very rude to him, acted like she had no idea what was going on, and told him they were too busy to check in the back. I don’t usually write reviews anywhere but I am not sure what else to do in this situation. My boyfriend came into the store to get a couple of things and I was looking for kids clothes. I turned down an aisle and one of the employees, Maggie, stepped out in front of me so she could grab clothes and gave me a dirty look because I must’ve been in her way or something. Instead of her politely saying excuse me or sorry she gave me a dirty look and walked away. I chose to ignore this but as we were checking out our items she proceeded to not say a single word to us, wouldn’t make eye contact or anything. Probably one of the most unfriendly experiences I’ve had with customer service and I’m not sure what we did to deserve that. I understand she was probably having a bad day but her actions were
