I enjoy this store very much. However please advise your employees that it's not their place to make comments on what your customers are purchasing. I purchased a retractable leash for my dog and was asked if I "could be talked out of it." After I said no, I was asked the breed and then a comment about how "chaotic" my dogs breed is was made. I appreciate the concern. I'm a fellow animal advocate and lover. However, assumptions should not be made. I understand there are many people who view retractable leashes as awful but if used correctly and safely, they are just like any other leash. My dog is recall trained. We live in the country and when we're outside (no fence) he won't even chase a deer or a squirrel without "permission." And he's very leash trained. And only walked with a comfort

Horrible customer service. Asked 3 employees for help to get vaccines and none of them could do it. Took 20 mins just to get what i needed. The girl at the front desk left a worker who didn’t know what was doing with a line of customers and he was very verbal about not knowing what he was doing and making a huge deal. I just wanted to get my shit and get out of there.

This was my first time visiting this location. I wish I lived closer. Had wonderful customer service on June 20, 2025. Haven't had wonderful customer service like that in a really long time, anywhere. Thank you!

What a friendly staff! David was an amazing person to work with, and Amanda was also very helpful. They ask seemed to be knowledgeable and kind.
