Bought Hobart argon gas bottle, was told I would be able to exchange it or refill it at TSC. I paid two hundred and forty dollars.... Time went by, tank was empty when to get it exchanged or refilled and was told they would not do that. Apparently , they enjoy selling people two hundred and forty dollar paper weights.

Observed customer service in 47 states over 32 years. The level presented here by manager Eicher (first name might be Jordan) was of the higher caliber seen yet. Walmart Target Home Depot and Lowe’s have a similar business acumen. Rural King and Menards may come close. But this guy puts the whole industry on the map for 5 stars and beyond. They have everything from s George Strait Wrangler or Ariat shirt 50% off reduced price to $16- to the top notch Oregon chain x2 at half the price of Stihl brands. A must stop if going from east coast (DC/VA/MD) to northern central US OH/IL/MN) and beyond. Stop over the hill for the hidden gem Ruses Roost fried old bay wings or pizza!

Delivering a load of wood pellets here this morning. This location is bigger than some of the others I’ve been too. Disappointed in the employees attitudes here though. Kinda rude, and short. Not a pleasant delivery experience this time. Maybe it’s the cold weather. Who knows.

Went to tractor supply called first need drive belt for motor to wheels I was in a hurry I need to get this fixed so I did not actually check they pulled the belt for me gave me one to drive the blades waste my time waste my money waste my fuel I think of companies are going to do that they should be more than willing to pay the cost of fuel of the person's time they wasted

Went in for propane, I was told the employee was already out there. We waited 10 mins and no one came. I called into the store to let them know no one had came to help us. We were told some would be right out. We waited another 15 minutes still no one came to help. I went back in the store and asked the cashier if someone could help us, I was told “well we called the guy, I don’t know where he is.” I then went to find another employee who was on his phone talking, hiding in an aisle. When I asked if he could help he acted annoyed and said “yeah, I’m coming.” It seems like every time we come into this location we get poor service. It was still never clear where the employee in charge of propane was.
