Unprofessional. Unreliable. Don't keep their word. Trademark Landscapes was the contractor hired by the builder to do front yards in the developer where I bought. I tried to hire them to do the back yard. At the time I contacted them, I was told that there was a two-month waiting list. The woman with whom I spoke assured me that she would put me on that waiting list. Over two months passed and I never heard from them. When I reached out to them again, I was told they were not taking individual customers. The woman I spoke to the second time said that as far as she knew, there had never been a waiting list. She rushed me off the phone.

These folks will not return your calls or emails. Don't waste your valuable time here.

The landscapers are great hard-working people. The office ladies not so much
