Absolutely the worst company to try and get parts from. Management couldn’t care less about part issues. I feel bad for my customers who have trane units. Beware to anyone thinking of installing a trane in their home or business. If parts are not available you’re basically SOL. If there was a way for us to get parts from someplace else for these parts I would!

Rude and very good at finding new ways to make your transactions harder ever time

Trane AC products are great! Their service at their distributors are good. But God forbid you try to call their customer service. If you actually get through and talk to someone, it is like they don't want to do the job that they are paid to do, help you order parts. Their phone service sucks.

Jordan the manager is a really bad person, just ask for a fan blade replacement and they just respond needs serial number, not give me other option like a freaking robot, im going to escalate this to a maximum possible

Management, why are parts for TRANE A/C units on back order for 12 plus weeks? That is ridiculous! When people’s air conditioning units break down it is NOT right to keep them waiting this long for a part. Why don’t you get your house in order and maybe order enough stock, so this does not happen to customers. We ordered an A/C strainer on May 15, 2023, and we checked in on 7/6/2023 and it is still not in stock! That is complete nonsense. You have a horrible system in place. Please address your supply issues.
