Warranty replacement process is so convoluted. Eventhough our thermostat unit still under warranty. Hard to get it replace as consumer.
Google maps has this place opening up at 7:30am M-F. But they actually open up 7 a.m. Great customer service and there’s some wait times but not often. The reps here are wonderful and very helpful in helping you find what ever parts your looking for.
5-9-17 Called in twice in two days and was put on hold for over 20 minutes first time and 28 minutes 2nd time, final gave up and went to another vendor out WA
Bryant was really helpful in answering my questions.
Not open to the public so don’t even try
