Overall there is no reason you should purchase a Trane system. Unfortunately, if you already have the system and this is your distributor I recommend you pack your patience or just acquire a non-Trane system. Poor service should not be rewarded with profit.
If you're a home owner looking to replace a defective part don't bother making the trip. Won't sell to you if you're not an HVAC technician even though it's not specified on their site. Right - To - Repair
Gentlemen tend to always have what i need at a jobsite and are excellent to work with over the phone or in person.
I have had the worst experience with this company, just trying to get a warranty for my AC
Satisfied that all that was ordered was there for pickup and had help loading and was out of there in a timely fashion!!!
