I give this company 1 star because there is no way to give it ZERO, which is what they really Deserve. We contracted them to do our recolation move from NY to IL, and at first they seemed to have great prices and good customer service. We paid them a $375 security deposit which was refundable up to three days before the the scheduled move. It turned out we decided to do the move ourselves and called Gary to cancel the move and get our deposit back. He confirmed we would get it back within days. Nothing happened. We called multiple times and he kept saying a different department handled the refunds and should be refunded soon. We never got the deposit from them and had to dispute it with our credit card company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. they are liers. Even other moving companies have bad

We gave them a inventory got a price and a date. After we made the deposit the date changed. When they finally showed up the m2 overs were refusing to take what we listed and wanted to charge us a couple thousand more. Then just left without moving my mother in law. Now we are trying to get a refund of our deposit and they won't answer the phone goes to voice mail. They are refusing to refund our $622.00 deposit I am calling the better business bureau.

I was given a price $1,100 when they came to pick up the furniture February 27th 2018 they told me that some of the items we never informed them about. So from $1,100 it went to $1,300. It took them from February 27th 2018 till today March 14th to deliver my sons furniture to Jacksonville Florida from New Jersey. They get to the development today and they're unable to enter the development because the truck was too big. Now I'm being charged an additional $350 because they can't get the truck in. Not to mention for two weeks I called daily inquiring when my son's furniture was going to be delivered and no one could give me a straight answer. I don’t know if this company goes by the name of “Relocation Systems” but this was the only one I could find matching the address. Do not use this place even if they sound like a good deal. It’s a scam! Almost all our things were ruined my couches and bed are wet and smell like mildew. My sons bed can’t be put together now because the wood is rot. Not only did they lie about the price by giving use a good deal but they gave us the excuse that some of our furniture was too big so we had to fork out another $1,200 plus tipping. And 20 dollars each doesn’t count as a tip. $100 each is a tip.

This company is the most unprofessional moving company anyone can deal with. They have an organized way of cheating people without offering any service. I had to move from NJ to MA. I spoke to a guy called Alex and booked the service. He promised me that they will pick my stuff on 17th of Feb and deliver it in MA on the 19th. This was the condition before booking and he agreed to it. He took a deposit of 150 dollars. On the 17th some other guy named Ron called and said that they will not be able to pick up my stuff on 17th but will pick it up on 18th and deliver it by 19th. They made this change. On the 18th some other guy comes to my place and says that he cannot deliver my stuff till 23rd. They told me that they can do it only if I pay 500 dollars more. So all of them call you from a 180
