Tredway Pools Plus

I drained my hot tub last week and took my 2 empty bottles of Natures Pure chlorinated sanitizer and oxidizing shock into the Tredway Pools Plus. The salesman sold me bromine products (non chlorinated) and they had a chemical reaction in my hot tub! I have a hard crust all around the top of my hot tub. Instead of attempting to make it right, the assistant manager tried to sell a chemical to clean my hot tub, before I drain it again and more products! I will never return to this store again. I should of made the trip to Fort Wayne to Olympic Pools and Spas or just ordered on line! Hopefully it’s not permanently damaged 🤬

Stopped in to get my Spa water tested. Only one employee in there and I waited 15 minutes and then finally decided to leave.

Very poor customer service in the Warsaw store. Called to get a pool liner installed and they can't recommend any one if you don't buy from them THAT IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will not recommend or buy anything from them after that. If the company we purchased from was still in business we would have went to them. Guess you done want our business out others that are in the same situation. CHANGE YOUR POLICY AND HELP OTHERS It is called Customer Service

Tredway Pools in Warsaw has come through for us multiple times this year. Working with Susie in the Service Dept has been terrific. We have used several different technicians and all of them have been very knowledgeable, friendly and most important, they fixed the problem quickly!

First off they tried to brib us saying they won't help us now unless we pull our bad review! We will not be BULLIED by this company! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Bought a $89 pool filter (before tax) came home and the filter started making a bunch of noise, put my old one back in and no noise! Tried to take it back the next day with receipt and was told to come back a different day when another woman would be there. Came back another day with receipt and they refuse to give money back or a new filter! They are saying because it's used they can't take it back!! Are you serious??! Of course we had to put it in the see that it was defective!!! This doesnt make any sense, we spent $100 there and they turn their cold shoulder like their customers DO NOT
