We discovered that our clay sewer pipe was sinking and needed to be replaced. I had just planted a new lawn when I needed to get an electrical line from one side of the yard to a pump on the other. TrenchFree showed up at 8am and was out by lunchtime. TrenchFree’s three-man team made a small hole at either end and one for a 90 degree turn. When they finished, they filled the holes, replaced the paving stones exactly as they were, swept up, and fed a tape through the pipe so the electrician could pull wires easily. The speed and professionalism blew my mind, and I am enjoying the new water feature in my yard.

We have an old home (by local standards), and our main waste line was buried under our slab foundation. The line was cracked, with dips and accumulated rust and gunk to the point of failure. Digging it up was unthinkable. TrenchFree came highly recommended, with a solution for our situation. They provide a cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining that essentially builds a new pipe inside the old janky one. Working with them was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor/service provider. They came out to inspect, and showed us the issues with the line in real time with their inspection camera. This was not inexpensive work, so we got a few additional opinions. Comparing the bid experience, the referrals we got, and the confidence we felt in the proposal, we accepted the bid. T

Installed a 2-way sewer cleanout. These guys are great: - They tell you what work you do *not* need. Always a plus. - They do a complete guided tour while they are doing the work, and explain everything step-by step. It's quite interesting. - They are really fast. They did the cleanout install in under 3 hours. - They have good schedule availability; They came out within 2 working days. - They use an SMS-based scheduler that streamlines the booking and scheduling process. Very convenient. They are tech-savy. - They have top-of-the-line professional equipment. Always a plus.
