Tri-Cities Garage Doors

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday morning at 7am. Benjamin came out within an hour to replace our broken spring. Parts were in stock! Took less than 1 1/2 hours and our door is working again. Benjamin is extremely friendly and was very fast at the install. He explained what he was doing and quoted me a very reasonable price before starting the job. I had him quote me on our second door which we will have replaced soon. Very happy with the service and the results!!!

Garage door was constantly having difficulty opening. Finally enough was enough and called Tri Cities Garage Doors on Court Street Pasco. David and his helper came over promptly and diagnosed the problem. We discussed the cost and how much time it was going to take. They had to return to the shop to get the correct torsion springs and less than two hours later the garage door was fixed! I observed how safely and efficiently they went about their work. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall result. The garage door works better than it has in ages and I highly recommend them for garage door installation, repair, and maintenance.

I don't understand these good reviews. They sent out a guy to take measurements and set up an appointment to install door openers and even though I gave him the measurements the installers thought they were regular garage doors and didn't have the equipment with them to do it. They "finished" the job but one door doesn't close properly and we have never received the remotes. Promise after promise and they NEVER show up. I am very disappointed and do. Now they don't answer the phone anymore.

They provided Great Service. Edwin was very knowledgeable. He was very detailed proficient and concerned as to how to do the job right. I don't expect to have any problems with my Door or the Openers they installed. I now have an insulated garage door (15R) rating and Safe operating 2 other garage doors. I Trust this Company and it's Employees and would highly recommend them.

I had to get my garage door replaced after an accident and I called Tri-Cities Garage Doors. I explained the situation and urgency, and the technician asked for 20 minutes but actually showed up in about 5 minutes. Benjamin quickly took measurements and then went out to look for the door we needed. He was back in about two hours and it only took him about 4 to take down our old door and install the new one. AND he was working alone. I was very impressed with the service and care. Benjamin was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend giving them a call.
