We've lost count of the number of years we have used Tri City for flooring in our home as well as rental properties! Lauren Maus has been our rep on a number of projects and she's a top professional in her knowledge of flooring, customer service and follow-through. We know we can always depend on her to give us her honest opinion of what may or may not work and why. That's huge when you're trying to make a decision on how to get the best bang for your buck in flooring. The whole Tri-City team is exceptional, including the installers!! I recently worked with TriCity Carpet in Vista, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. I’ve purchased flooring from them in the past and have always been impressed. Looking back, I’m SO disappointed that we didn’t use them for the installation as well. After this experience, we will never hesitate to use them for any flooring needs. We were apprehensive about selecting a carpet company. Tri-City Carpet received excellent reviews on NextDoor so we trusted our neighbors, and are so happy we did! Greg helped me in the showroom and worked with me to find what I was looking for. He let me bring a sample board home so I could check the color. Then he came out to measure and was quick and professional. He knows what he’s doing.
