The 3 people crew worked nearly 8 hours to replace our broken furnace system. They installed the most technologically advanced HVAC heat pump and furnace dual system. Great job!

My furnace was hitting the 20 year mark and I knew it would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. I talked to Nick and had him come out to see what we could do. He gave me some great advice on how to best proceed with what would be best for our home and budget. Two days later Richard contacted me and sent over the proposal. They were able to get me a new furnace and heat pump for way less than I was expecting with all of the available rebates going on now. I was able to obtain the funds the same day and had them come out and do the installation the next day. The install guys were great. They were super nice and did a fantastic job of installing my new furnace and heat pump. They were done in about 6 hours and cleaned up so well there was no sign they had ever been here othe

The Tri-City Heating and Air Conditioning team were great. They were very courteous. They explained everything in detail.. They installed both a furnace and air conditioner system. The process from start to finish was very easy. From the beginning when they came to look at the furnace, to financing, and to the installation. They took their time to show us everything we need to know. They work with Carrier. Definitely a wonderful company and great people to work with. Everyone in their company. Brandon really knows his stuff, lots of experience. Both Brandon and Martin were very courteous and polite while doing my winter furnace check. They also took time to review and educate me on my programmable thermostat. I am very pleased with Tri-City Heating and Air Conditioning and very thankful I chose them to install my HVAC system last year.
