Working with Tri-Cities Remodeling Company was an easy decision and an even better result. They showed up when they said they would, paid attention to the small details, and delivered work that genuinely impressed us. It’s hard to find a contractor that combines skill, professionalism, and clear communication — but they do. Would absolutely use them again.

Had a new roof put on two buildings. Service was exceptional from estimate through job completion. Was kept informed of progress and issues through out project. Was consulted and offered options when situation arose that could be solved multiple ways. Was very accommodating on schedule and payment plan. Work crews were very professional and friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we were not adversely impacted during work.

Exceptional quality of work, design and service. They did a wonderful job from start to finish on our project. Would recommend to anyone. Timing was impacted by delivery of components (Covid supply chain issues), but we knew that going in. Only feedback was that project communication and status was slow and low in frequency, and required that I ask for updates each time. It was a pull instead of the preferred push of information and updates. I would use them again in my next project. I give a 9 out of 10 rating. Thank you!

If you can get past the unprofessional, pompous, arrogant personalities of the front office, if you are patient (waiting 5+ months for completion of a job that had been paid in full), if you enjoy having to continually reach out for progress updates due to their lack of communication and poor customer service, then this company is for you. The individuals that actually do the work were wonderful… respectful, knowledgeable, great work ethic.
