Chad and his crew are great to work with. We needed a new roof and the sub contractor that he partners with did a good job for us. They went above and beyond. Roofing can be very messy, but they kept everything cleaned up. Chad answers promptly, is polite and he listened to what we wanted and needed.

Tri-City Renovations did such a terrific job roofing my elderly parents house recently. They are somewhat hard to please in their old age but they were so happy with all of the workers and how dependable they are by showing up when they said they would and completing the job in the time frame that was communicated to them. Their quality of work is excellent and their clean-up is just as excellent. Would highly recommend them!!
