Super thankful for Dennis! He was up front about his schedule & was able to work us in during the busy holiday season. When we initially spoke on the phone, he advised that there could be certain issues with the machine that would not be economically feasible to repair. In the end, that was not the case and he fixed us right up! In a day and age when honestly and dependability are rare, Dennis is a true gem.

Excellent experience. Left a message regarding a repair and received a timely response. Scheduled an appointment and Dennis was on time, professional, and very pleasant. Problem was quickly diagnosed and he ordered the parts before he left. Repair day was just as quick and professional. Saved over $2,000 versus buying a new appliance and learned a little bit about microwave repair in the process. Would use this company again without hesitation!
