This experience was a 3 minute call and was terrible. I understand the rush trust me because we want our loved one out as soon as possible. He wouldn’t even give me a word in. Then when the person with me tried to speak on the phone. He called us children and started ranting about how it should only be one person on the phone and he’s not interested anymore. Then hung up on us. Now I’m in tears because here I am trying to get my partner out for thanksgiving and the first people we call are terrible.
