Tri County Pool and Spa

Do not recommend. They charged $1000. All they did was add a product in our pool to bleach out the stains. Took them no time at all. Told us the pool was ready for us to use. Lied about not being able to drain it. They told us we could use the pool but it started to darken within two days after they said they were done. Had to bring in another company that told us the pool was not safe for us to go in. The product they put in destroyed the chlorine. Not a good company. Who knows what would have happened to our eyes had we gone swimming.

We highly recommend Tri County pool & spa services. They have been maintaining our pool for almost two years. Our pool looks amazing! Thanks Ralph!!! Their customer service is by far the best! We were concerned about Hurricane Milton and the pool overflowing. We called the office and Ralph came to our home within the hour to drain some water out of the pool. Thank you for everything!

For the last 8 months we have been receiving pool cleaning services from Tri county and we could not be happier. Thank you for treating us like family. Big shout out to Walter and Alex for taking such good care of our pool.

We bought a new home in Fruitland Park Florida, Tri County had been servicing the pool for the previous owner. We were sad to leave our previous pool company but they didn't service this area so we decided to give Ray and Tri County a go. Their pool maintenance and cleaning services are reasonably priced. The maintenance man Bryant is professional and knowledgeable. We also had them install a new gas pool heater. Ray provided us with a written quote quickly by email. They accomplished the job quickly and affordably. Showed up on the promised day and time. The 333,000 btu Heater works great. They did a clean install, labeled everything, cleaned up after themselves, and even hauled the dead heater away. Their installer/repair technician, Mike is extremely smart. Water was a little low in pool. Called and Ray answered said he would let Greg know. Greg took care of it the next day. I have been using them for 3 months and I am very happy. I have been using for several years now...a few bumps but now have Matt. He is the BEST tech ever, very conscientious and dependable!
