Tri-County Septic

We have a contract with this company now for over a year. it seems everytime the technician comes for a visit, they ask you to replace a part of the system, which we thought it was ok, as it should be. the last inspection, my wife informed the inspector that there was a bad small coming out of the system, and the inspector exact words that he didnt see anything wrong mechanical, and he couldnt explain why there was such a smell. 1) They havent sent me a report of that inspection which was done on 9/29/25. then my family complained to me that there was still smell coming out of the septic and I have told my family , that there shouldnt be any kind of smell like that , and we were wondering what the point of inspection the inspector didnt tell us that anything was wrong and he didnt

The team at TriCounty Septic is awesome. Had my inspection today, was informed aerator needed repair or replaced, whichever the team found to be best. Rather than them offering a repair with a rebuild, I opted for a new before they could tell me. Added peace of mind. Thank you Brad…you’re surely a role model that others should follow for what great customer service is. Courtney, thank you..you’re amazing too.

Worst customer service ever. They're only good for inspections and even then, they don't let you know when they will be there until they are on their way. You have to pay to get a call the day before they randomly show up (who does that?). Their excuse is they have too many to let you know the day before. They will not inspect if your dog is in your yard, even if it's not aggressive. Taking your money is all this company is good at.

Overall, I did not enjoy my experience with this company. If I had more time I would have gone with someone else. Customer service was lacking and there were major time delays after them making it sound like it would be a quick turn around. I had a whole new septic system installed. They do not take the due diligence to survey your property and instead just say "We are not responsible" for accidently cutting through major pipe lines or electrical lines. During my install they had to cut through a major drain line that if not fixed would have resulted in major flooding around my home. Thank goodness my property manager was on-site to catch it or I would not have known. They refused to fix it even that one pipe and left it for my property manager to do it himself with little assistance, I

When i moved to the area I needed septic and found Tri-County Septic and couldn't be happier. They are also veteran owned by a Marine who served with Cpl Dunham - Medal of Honor recipient! From routine checks to fixing a pipe I accidentally ran over with the mower, they do it all and are great at the work they do. Special recognition to one of their team members - Dillon. Dillon is one of the most respectful people you will ever meet, and an honest man and hard worker. Don't let him go! If he isn't a supervisor yet; it's time. What a great human.
