I tryed to return part with recipe and they would not refund.

These people are off the chart professionals. I had a blower motor problem that I took to them, they tested it and determined all it needed was a good cleaning. They removed squirrel cage from motor had me take to car wash for good cleaning & they cleaned motor. When I returned they put it all back together and tested it, problem solved. They worked at least 45 or more fixing my problem and when he was done he said no charge. Who does that? Who works for 45 minutes or more and tells you no charge. I did give him a little money but not near what some of these other heat & air businesses would charge. Awesome staff, knowledgeable and eager to help. Went to Tri Js after trying several other sources and learned I should’ve just gone there to start with. Not only did they source the part I needed but for the lowest price I had found. Took the blower in with the bad motor and they went ahead and installed the new motor into the blower for me in just a few minutes. Highly recommend this place.

They were very helpful with helping me find a fan motor for my AC and were able to get me back going quickly.

I came to Tri Js by word of mouth. I was greeted with a smile and initiative to help. They tested my A/C motor, found the issue was not the motor but the capacitor. I will definitely use them and refer them for parts testing and service in the future
