Service is fine but on the expensive side. Heater guy showed up and saw that something had come unplugged he used some sandpaper on it and plugged it back in $236 for 10 minutes and no parts. That means it costs $236 for them to even come to your house before anything is done. Two stars because it works now.

Very friendly and responsive company. Any issues we have had with our AC have been handled immediately and professionally. Highly recommend!!

The technician Mike was very informative and helpful. He explained what he was doing and gave me great information on steps I should take to ensure the longest life possible for my unit. I am very pleased with the service.

Mike Fields was out and thoroughly diagnosed my air conditioner unit. He tested many areas and was very pleasant, professional and got my unit working properly. Mike Fields, from Wood A/C, came out to our farmhouse where we have 2 separate types of a/c units. He was knowledgeable about both types and brands and he honed in on the issues we were having with the main unit and replaced the parts. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and he also helped me to understand how best to maintain them in between our service plans. I highly recommend him and Wood A/C.
