I was there a few days ago and the manager treated me like garbage, he was really rude to me. I don't recommend to go here.

Although I haven’t received my hardwood floor yet, the experience I’ve had with them has already been a million times better than that of another flooring company. We had ordered floor somewhere else and there was an issue with delivery, I then came to Tristar and needed help as soon as possible. Both the young girl and the gentleman that work there were both so friendly and helpful. Needless to say the major issue I had prior to coming into their business, has been resolved thanks to them! Great place and great people.

I bought the most expensive water based clear coat polyurethane here. The product ended up being a complete garbage. I have to redo my floors now. I had 4 gallons of the unused product left. Came back here with the hope to at least exchange it for something else. I was told that they don't accept returns or exchanges for my water based polyurethane during winter. Avoid this place. They are more than happy to sell and recommend you the most expensive product. Once you pay and the product turns out to be garbage you are stuck with the whole unused new batch. Terrible customer service!
