I was so pleased with the services of Tri-State demolition taking down my old dock. From the start it was easy to get immediate assistance on the phone from their office staff. Buddy was quick to come out and give me an estimate on Friday. On Monday, the crew-- Cory, Pepe, and Eric--showed up promptly, eager to get going on the job. I liked their professional demeanor-- very kind, energetic and competent. They did a terrific job clearing everything out, left the site perfectly clean of debris. I felt the price I paid was very reasonable, and much appreciated they came all the way out to Havana. 🤗

Mason and JJ were the guys that did my cuts. Outer wall is pebble finish; 5” of concrete with rebar and mesh reinforcement. They showed up on time. Understood the task at hand… and got straight to work. They took extra care to minimize mess. Cuts are exactly to spec. With no over-cut. Very efficient guys! They even took the cut pieces with them. We had a burned out mobile home on our property that needed to be removed. I reached out to TSD to perform the demo/removal. From the beginning of the process (site visit for estimate) to completion of the project, I was very impressed. They were patient with me as a newcomer to this task and took time to guide me through the process and answer any questions I had. They were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. They were on the job when promised and hung in there through some pretty bad weather to complete the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that would need this type of service. A big thank you to Ryan, Scooter, Karen and TSD.

I called to request an estimate for removing a problematic deck, and they were out to my house that afternoon. Ryan was a true professional and based on my service today I will be calling on them for future services. Tri-State exceeded my expectations, I appreciate the honest communication. Did I mention these guys are fast?

Very professional to work with on the jobsite and their paperwork and billing is top notch. If we ever need anything out of the ordinary they are very responsive. Karen Martin in their office is so helpful and gets close out materials to us in a timely manner every time. We at Childers Construction Co. look forward to working with them on future projects.
