Our 2012 Lincoln MKZ driver door latch malfunctioned. I figured a cost of $125--$200 to fix it, not knowing what was wrong. Rodney at Tri-State Lock took about 15--20 seconds to tell me my door latch was broken. He said, "No charge!" Someone referred me to this business. I know now why! They don't work on repairs of this type. I ordered the part and YouTube showed how to fix it. I highly recommend you check with Tri-State Lock for your key needs of all types.

Was in and out I was actually surprised how quick it was too get my key duplicated and I even went too ace hardware before and said they couldn’t do it without my car being there but I took it too tri-state and he was able too clone the key just fine and was way cheaper then what it was going too be at ace hardware.
