The reason for my 1 star rating is I can't even get a call back for an estimate. I spoke with a lady on 2 occasions who took information from me but didn't seem like she had too much knowledge about their cost/installation fees etc... Seems unprofessional to say to a potential client that you will call back with an estimate but unfortunately never received that phone call back!
Called 3 times for overhead door replacement, left 3 messages and never received a response
