Triad Extra Hands has been a lifesaver for us. Edward has helped with several projects-building a fence, hanging curtain rods and even checking on an emergency sewer issue. We hired Triad to build a retaining wall and give us steps in the middle. Instead, they came with vision for a full walkway to eliminate the hillside approach to our pool area. We were very happy with the ideas and opinions Alex shared with us in the planning stage. The crews were impressive to watch. They were very respectful of our property and did what they could to limit damage to our lawn, though unavoidable. They worked so efficiently that they were done in two days after one day of site prep. I look forward to hiring them on some needed work in the future.

Triad removed our existing concrete pool, and installed a beautiful new exposed aggregate pool deck. The demo was done cleanly and efficiently and the crew that installed the new deck was courteous and respectful. The workmanship was excellent. We are thrilled with our new deck. Gene, our salesman was always available and answered all our questions as the project [progressed. Triad is a first class company. We highly recommend them.

I hired Triad via a recommendation from the pool installation company - Holmes Pools. I researched the company online and was somewhat skeptical. The installer assured me the Triad Project Leader - David Migliorini was reputable. We were installing a 20'x40' pool and Triad was laying ~2,000sqft of Techo-Bloc Blu 60 decking pavers and building an L-shaped retaining wall 65 linear feet with wall caps. They also noticed my neighbor behind me had a higher sloping grade (which saturated my lawn every time it rained) and devised a drainage solution to capture and reroute the water. From the start of the project, I know we made the correct choice. David sat with us to help us decide the layout of the wall, stone choices, coping, and colors/textures.
