I was very pleased with how quickly I could get an appointment, same day, and the repair completed, next day. The price was reasonable too. I asked 4 companies for help with a walk-out basement that floods in heavy rain. Tim from TFR gave me by far the most reasonable proposal. In fact, he gave me two -- one that he recommended for an internal french drain with a sump, and then a second when I eventually decided I wanted something external instead. The crew came out and got the job done in about 3 days. It probably would have been 2, but they had to stop early for a storm. Since then, we've had a bunch of heavy rain and flash flooding, but my basement has stayed nice and dry.

I hired Triangle Foundation Repair waterproof my basement. His company finished their work in December of 2022. Two months prior to that William Parrish Plumbing replaced all of my polybutelane pipes at considerable expense. Once Tim’s crew completed their work, I hired a contractor to refinish my basement. On February 7, 2024, I woke up to flooding in my basement. When a plumber cut into the wall, he discovered that one of the new pipes had been mangled and had finally worked its way loose. I paid Triangle Foundation over 20,000 to install two sump pumps, plastic waterproofing sheeting, and extra waterproofing to avoid any basement leaks.
