Bryan came out to do routine maintenance on both our A/C systems on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. During the maintenance of the attic unit, he stated that he added additional freon because the pressure was low. The upstairs unit stopped working 4 days later, July 2, 2023. My husband called for a return visit on Monday, July 3, 2023, to request a repair visit. Bryan stated he could not make it out that day, but would come the next day, July 4, 2023. He did come out, looked at the unit, put a plug in where he thought there was a leak. He told my husband we needed a new unit for $11K or we needed to replace the A/C coil for $8K. I have used Triangle Mechanical for years. Honest, fair pricing, responsive, and good work. We just had A/C unit issues. Owner came out next day, diagnosed problem, got parts and fixed the unit on a Saturday.

I have no words to describe how wonderful these guys are! They came to our rescue during a busy time, and fixed my air conditioning problem toot sweet! ;-)

Quick and reliable! My battery died and they came out to my house and changed it for less than it would have cost to go up to auto zone. Can’t beat that!
