Our first interaction was at a home show, and after researching several companies, we felt many were overpriced and left us feeling taken advantage of. That was not the case with Triangle Pools. A high school friend of mine Julian (one of the owners along with Craig) explained the process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They helped me choose the design of a beautiful pool with heating, colored lighting, and a spa and it turned out even better than I imagined. The process was professional from start to finish, and the final product feels like a true backyard retreat. Our family had been talking about installing a pool in our backyard since we purchased the lot and built our house 2.5 years earlier. It was part of our plan, just a matter of when it would happen! When we met Julian Foster at a home show in Raleigh, in the spring of 2023, we immediately "connected" with him and felt he understood our vision for what we wanted. A few days later Craig and Julian sat in our kitchen, designing our backyard with a pool. Before we decided to sign the contract with them, we had two other local companies to come out to do the same. We compared designs, pool options, what they would do for us vs. what we needed to do ourselves, and price. We decided on Triangle after meeting with several Raleigh area pool builders and were not disappointed. They delivered a great product in a more timely and affordable manner than all the others were able to commit to. They installed a fiberglass saltwater pool with 2 waterfalls, electric heater, and some landscaping, and it came out amazing. Julian and Craig were also very professional throughout the whole process and even continue to help us with technical questions long after they finished, as we learn more about caring for our pool. We highly recommend Triangle to anyone else considering a pool in this area!

We had a great experience with triangle pools installing our pool at our new home. Julian and Craig have been excellent to work with and Aaron did a great job showing us how to do the electrical maintenance. When we met Julian, we knew that triangle pools was the company we wanted to work with because it was evident that he was a Christian business person. That made us feel very comfortable and trusting. They have taken care of our every need, even coming on a Saturday or on an evening if we needed something. They have been responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts as well.
