ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT consider shopping here! The incompetence and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by these people is beyond belief. We made the grave mistake of ordering what was supposed to be pristine white charcoal, only to be slapped in the face with dark, dingy industrial grey pavers! Can you imagine? Initially, based on a picture they, themselves, thought it might have been a simple mislabeling error on their part. But, oh no, they walked that back, and they had the gall to insist that what we received was, in fact, correct. They've deceived us in such a blatant manner! We will never go back. Picked out our selection with the help of one of the workers, got to the counter to pay and were told they cashed out 27 min before closing time. No purchase for us. No options given. We had spent an hour and a half on their yard. Unbelievable.and the person behind the glass was terribly rude. $2000 sale gone.

Stopped by this business looking for patio pavers, inside went then outside. I've worked in retail for many years and i understand employees being busy and notice a new customer at first glace, but when we came back inside and they had a second glance or opportunity, NO one behind the glass moved or offered assistance. Retail business is just as important as wholesale business i get that. I guess the world has totally come to online shopping witch totally S.... I'm very disappointed in stopping by there, and i travel by there lot.

Large supply of landscaping materials, statuary and mulch. Compatible price to other local distributors. Cheaper delivery charges than most. (That's what made me use them) the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful with figuring quantities of materials I needed. These are my "go to guys" for landscaping!

I have been buying materials, borders and statues from Bayshore for years. During the pandemic I have put a memorial garden to my sister who died from COVID-19. The statue which is less than a year old is starting to spald from rebar rust close to surface. I called and questioned if they would replace. They related there is no warranty. I talked to Tiffany who answered phone who relayed my complaint to manager. She related there is no warranty. Buyer Beware!
