Trident Construction Group

In my experience, working with Trident Construction Group was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly caution others based on what I personally went through. Communication throughout the project was poor, and pricing lacked transparency. I was repeatedly surprised by unexpected billing and change orders that I had not clearly approved or been informed of in advance. One major issue I encountered was that a subcontractor who had completed their work was never paid by Trident, despite the fact that my payments to Trident had been made in full. To the best of my understanding, those funds were instead applied toward Trident’s own fees, which I found deeply concerning. Such hardworking owners and employees. I was denied damages by my insurance. But then I was fortunate enough to find Trident on Home Advisor. My new siding & roof are beautiful. My insurance fought kicking and screaming all along the way. I actually thought a reputable insurance company would treat me fairly. They do not. Trident is tenacious. My homeowners insurance is paying what should have been paid originally.

Trident is a great company to do business with. I've been doing work with them for a little over a year now and have no complaints; fair, honest and easy to work with.
