I'd call before going I guess. Website doesn't say appointments are necessary and even their door says walk-ins welcome. Drove 45 minutes to get there, made it there during business hours, about an hour before closing. No one there. Doors locked. Called and it went to voicemail. Not great business. Not coming back.

Susan Walsh and her team at Trinity were great to work with! Beautiful product selections, professional guidance, great communication, and efficient service. We had some last minute problem solving (as so many projects do!) and their team was efficient at helping to keep our project moving forward. We had so much fun working with Trinity and we look forward to another opportunity to work with them soon!

Trinity is a great resource for projects of all sizes and budgets. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If my point of contact, JP, is not available, another team member is happy to jump in and assist. That being said, I've worked with JP for a number of years and his passion and dedication is unmatched. He will do whatever he can to help you find exactly what you're looking for and will then follow through on the procurement side to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition and on time. 10/10!

Do not buy anything other than tile from this company! I want to start out by saying I was very happy in the beginning of my relationship with Trinity Tile and my lovely consultant, Susan. She and I worked very well together and we found solutions to the design that I wanted. However, when Susan placed the order she accidentally ordered the wrong grout and then too much of another grout. When the installer came, he pointed out we didn’t have the “additive” needed. When I call, Susan said it was not something they had in stock so I had to go to Floor and Décor to get the additive. However, when I got floor and décor they ascertained that the grout she ordered wouldn’t work for the color we wanted so I had to buy new grout in a different color and the additive. Trinity is the such a great resource to the designers row community. Everyone in that office is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. JP is unmatched in his abilities to make tile dreams happen. From selections to coordination and always taking care of any issue that arises from the typical construction experience, he is always there to help in any way possible.
