Trinity Surfaces Pro Shop & Warehouse

Don't show up early hoping to get unloaded so you can make more $. They rather huddle in the office play on their phones than unload 9 small pallets. I even offered to unload them. As a business owner myself, it's sad to see employees have this mentality.

Went in today to purchase some tile for a third renovation with Trinity. Sign on the door says no more than two people allowed in the showroom, but there were 5 employees in the showroom not wearing masks, although the warehouse workers were wearing masks. We pointed out they were not wearing masks and there is a mask mandate and the response was “okay.” Glad to know they force warehouse workers to wear masks to protect the showroom “designers” but don’t care enough to protect the warehouse employees or the public. What an uncaring company!

Staff is extremely hdlpful & polite which ensured a great shopping experience. They were also able to supply me with a hard to find accent tile, in a timely manner.

Ceramic tile, marble, porcelain, and stone retailer. Showroom and large warehouse. Installers, contractors, architects, and designers in the know source their materials from here. Lots of knowledgeable folks down there, giv'em a call.

Process are cheaper than their competitors and the service every time I go there! They are a hidden gem!
