Outstanding experience with Triple 7 Movers! Sarafin, Jose, Alyxsis, and David were absolutely incredible. They were the ultimate professionals—courteous, efficient, and attentive from start to finish. Every piece was handled with genuine care, and their attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind throughout the move. Their diligence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service truly set them apart. I can’t praise this crew enough for their hard work and professionalism. BEWARE!! If you hire this moving company, you'd better pay for added insurance! You're going to need it!! We hired Triple 7 to move our belongings 2200mi across the country. When I was contacted I was told, our company is family owned and operated. Great, gives you that feeling of being taken care of and instills trust right?? WRONG! Couldn't be farther from our experience. Obviously if you pack your own belongings, its going to cost far less than hiring the company to do that. But what you're NOT told, is if you pack it, you're liable if it's broken! No matter who damaged it! And lost/stolen items? You can't prove it so you're out of luck there tooo!!! Been meaning to leave this review for a while. We moved in late June of last year. If you’re trying to find the best moving option you’re likely in the same boat I was which is deciding between no good options. They’re all way overpriced and Triple 7 is no exception. First, their communication is garbage. If you’re moving multiple states like we were, just sell all your stuff or move it yourself. Triple 7 subcontracts their drivers so they really never know when your stuff will arrive and they don’t tell you that up front. They also invoice by cubic feet, beware because they will pack and load in the most inefficient manner you could possibly imagine. Serafin, Rudy, Cosmin, provided the best moving services we have ever experienced. They provided outstanding service. I recommend them to my family and friends. Very professional, communicated effectively and let us know everything that was happening from beginning to end. Serafin and his team made sure all items and furniture was protected, every item arrived with no damage, they even went the extra mile and put our beds together and placed all items where they belonged. The movers bent my TV, and the claims department is unresponsive and always promises to call back and never follows up. Additionally, they took coffee breaks during my move and disappeared for 40 minutes at a time, leaving only one frustrated packer who kept yelling at them to come back. They were also creepy to my girlfriend when I left, keep that in mind but you may get a different crew if you book. Here is a picture of how they handled my 65 inch flat screen TV, I told them to handle it better but they said don’t worry they’re professionals. When I told them it was bent, they said no it was bent before they moved it. Seriously? #Lazy #TV
