Triple Crown Restoration

About 1 year ago our family came home from vacation to our home destroyed from water damage. In our biggest time of need DJ, from Triple Crown Restoration, came to our rescue. He worked directly with the insurance company the entirety of our claim and ensured we were being adequately compensated to rebuild our home to its original state. DJ educated us on the process and even encouraged us to consider any updates that might have been on the horizon. We worked with DJ shifting the lighting in our kitchen and making significant upgrades to our Master and Hallway Bathrooms. Overall. Triple Crown did a good job of restoring our home after a tree fell on our house. The quality of work was good. We would have liked the repairs done faster, but they got the job done and we are very satisfied with the quality.

We had a high winds and thunder storms cause a water intrusion into our house. Triple Crown (on behalf of my claims adjuster) was called out to put a tarp over the affected area. The work was completed on July 14th (Monday from 11am-12pm). Cody from Triple Crown Restoration came later that day to inspect but reported the wrong date in his estimate-he put Sunday and because thats weekend hours- they put a mandatory 4-hour minimum in their estimate. They estimated the total cost for 1-hour of work on a Monday, putting a tarp over a section of the roof to be greater than $750. To replace the section entirely is already estimated at $1200-$1500 (estimates from two different roofing specialists in our area). I alerted Cody on Friday July 25th mid-day. Do not use this company; they overprice their services, do not provide itemized statements to explain charges, and either through ignorance or vindictiveness, they have improperly charged for after hours service, when the work was completed on a Monday. I am now on week 4 of having to call them, point out their mistakes, and they continue to send inflated bills. This company will swindle and nickel & dime you.
