These guys will expect payment up front and not ever complete the property if the grass is wet. Be warned. You can see in the photo where they charged for the whole yard but stopped and never came back then they were surprised when we were frustrated and didn't want to pay for the whole yard on the next mow. On to find someone with better service.

Umberto, has handled several of our properties in Ellis county since 2020. Lot maintenance, tree removal, trash clean up, you name it. High quality work and excellent customer service. If you need any yard work done give him a call.

It was rather difficult to find someone that would service 2 acres without charging unreasonable high costs. Then I found Umberto he did give a more reasonable cost, although he was a very busy guy but he finally managed to come out to service our 2 acres. He did a good job.
