My septic alarm was going off - Tri-State Pump & Septic Supply came out quickly, fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost and their technicians are very courteous. Always able to answer my questions. They have been doing my septic maintenance now for a few years and are always very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

I have an annual maintenance plan that they service through my septic system mfg. My septic pump was making strange noises. They came very quickly and took the time out to answer every question I had because I wanted to know more about how the system operates for future reference. Very patient and helpful. It was just a stuck float switch and a filter that was installed incorrectly when i had the system pumped a couple of weeks prior. They unstuck the float switch and gave me the OPTION of replacing it. Others might have told me I HAD to replace the part. They had the replacement part on the truck. Cost was reasonable, so I replaced the part. They coordinated my service call with the annual maint service to mitigate the cost of the service call which they did not have to do. Very prompt, k

I was charged 320 dollars for them to be on site for 3 minutes and 14 seconds the told me it was a maintenance and all that the tech did eas remove the cover and check the levels then closed it he later walked past my vent put his hand in under it to check air flow got back in his truck and left literally 3 minutes and 14 seconds on the report it said they preformed a maintenance and it was more a check up I sent them the ring camera footage and the completely ignored it the report says the checked the filters and a few other things that my tank does not even have. These people are not honest and just looking to scam homeowners out of money. I paid the fee and canceled service with them the contacted my town and wrote them that I canceled service now the town is looking to fine me if I don
