What a great family owned business!! I called Tropic Cooling at 5:30PM on a hot summer day in July after coming home to a hot house after my air conditioner stopped working. 45 minutes later, Nick was here, and he had it fixed in 15 more minutes! He was able to quickly determine that I needed a new capacitor. Nick had a great attitude about coming after hours to help us out, the price was super reasonable, he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and he appeared to be extremely knowledgeable (he has almost 20 years experience with ACs). Excellent service and very thorough! They were communicative about when they were coming and showed up within the window (which is always incredibly surprising and nice when dealing with home maintenance). He went through our whole system and made sure everything was working efficiently. Upfront with pricing. Generally an excellent experience and would absolutely use again and recommend.

Scott and Nick are wonderful to have around. They have been providing HVAC services for two houses for years now and keep everything running perfectly.
