Tru-Scapes

Ordered several lights and transformer for my deck replacement project. Quick and accurate shipment, easy installation, and solid technical specs made the lighting an easy decision to ensure an elegant outcome. App can be difficult with as many lights as we used as it times out when adding lights. This made it tough as I didn't know this until after all were wired. Suggest that if you add more than 20 lights you pre-connect them to the app in small batches prior to wiring them all to the transformer as using the transformer switch to reset lights that didn't connect will reset them all and start the process over. Given the maturity of color changing apps for deck lighting I don't think this affects overall satisfaction, just chalked it up to the technology will improve.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Tru-Scapes and their customer service team. I have dogs, and unfortunately, one of them broke a landscape light pole around my pool. When I contacted Tru-Scapes, their representative, Sean, went above and beyond to help. He thoroughly gathered all the necessary details to identify the exact model and finish of my light and promptly sent me all the replacement parts to get everything back up and running. Even when one part was missing due to a damaged delivery, Sean immediately shipped a replacement the very next day—truly unbelievable service! On top of that, I had a faulty module controlling the lighting on my transformer. I had an issue with a Tru Scapes timer/transformer. I contacted Tru Scapes and I received a response within a couple hours. Sean responded to me and let me know the timer I had seemed to be problematic. He let me know a new, different type timer would be sent to me, and I received it a couple days later. It was an easy change out, and my walk way lights are back to working properly. Great response and great customer service.
