I wanted to post a review as I was worried about this company when Lennar told me they would be sending this company for my heater/furnace repair as the reviews did not look great at all. The issue at hand was my heater/furnace was not turning on at all. This is a new build by Lennar as of early last year here in Ontario. The tech came earlier than expected, but I was fine with that. He was respectful and did the work quickly, he was in and out in just under an hour. He said it was a censor, showed me it. I couldn't really understand what the actual reason was since he was English was a but mixed, but it was fixed regardless lol. So, I wasn't sure if I was going to be charged for the visit. I bought a new construction home built by Toll Brothers and True Air was the AC installer. The AC system has multiple issues during the first year and had to be repaired. It finally stopped working at 16th month. True Air made appointment to look at the AC unit but never showed up. They hang up on you if you call in to inquire. The worst experience with any appliance installer.

Lennar contracted True Air to handle the HVAC installs in our new Carlsbad community, and unfortunately, it’s been a poor experience. After just 2 years, my AC stopped working. I reached out to True Air multiple times with no response. When I finally did get a reply, they wanted to charge $300 just to come out and look at the system—which is well above market rate. Several independent HVAC techs confirmed there’s a refrigerant leak and that the system was poorly installed from the start. The condenser and evaporator coil are mismatched (2.5 ton vs. 3.5 ton), and the system is undersized for the house. Sadly, I’m not alone—many of my neighbors have had similar HVAC issues. literally the most unprofessional company i’ve ever dealt with. they will cancel or reschedule almost every single appointment. when someone does show up it takes weeks to hear back. the receptionists are incredibly rude &will hang up on you countless times. I don’t know how this company is in business. I had them out THREE months ago & they are still “working on” my airflow issue v
