True North did a full, first floor renovation of our house, including our kitchen and a bathroom. They did an outstanding job. Our onsite project manager and superintendent, Sarah and Cristian, respectively, were awesome. Incredibly communicative. As with any large scale project, some road bumps happened. But they were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Bruce, the owner, stepped in when needed to make sure everything moved along according to schedule. They delivered our finished project 4 days ahead of schedule! We have had one "warranty" item come up since the finished project and it was dealt with quickly and appropriately. I would highly recommend True North. We would absolutely use them again!

True North exceeded our expectations. Our home and detached garage were repaired, roof replacement and clean-up was complete in 2 days! The crew was mindful of keeping a clean site AND ensuring nails were not left on site… not one! The quality of workmanship is stellar. True North Remodeling is a great company to work with. Everyone is very professional and George, my salesman is top notch! He will give you honest information and show you the pictures to prove what he says. Not you typical salesman. George will go through step by step what is going to happen and how to get your new roof covered by insurance if you have storm damage of any kind. I did not think my roof had damage, I thought it was just old and ugly but it did in fact have storm damage so you should at least have them come take a look. The roof was done in a day and they were on time, worked hard and got my roof and shed finished then cleaned up everything when they were finished.
