True Sight Home Inspection

As a 1st time home buyer, this guy Paul robbed me. 1st red flag was he knew the owner selling me the house, Paul LEFT OUT ALL THE IMPORTANT THINGS A HOME BUYER WOULD NEED TO KNOW. Like, hey the basement probably floods during rain. Like 6inches of water we push out of basement when it rained, $25k later problem fixed. THE BLOCK WALL ITSELF WAS PUSHING ABOUT TO FALL IN. yes, had to have that fixed. He also Failed to mention there was a fire at the electrical box in basement. He did mention it was replaced and was questioning the size of the wire but the basement roof at the box was burnt crispy and sprayed white to conceal. I reviewed his report again b4 this review, the report says limited visibility of floor joist cause of installed ceiling WHICH IS NOT THERE. CLEARLY IN OPEN VIEW, BURNT

Chris Jones was the absolute best inspector we could have hoped for. We had previously began the home buying process with an older home and after the inspection, we were blindsided by the condition of the home and the amount of money it would cost to make the repairs. Chris was upfront and professional. We ended up walking away from that house but found another house and requested Chris do our hone inspection. It went so well! But even more so knowing how thorough the inspection was and how personable and professional Chris was. 10/10 recommend him to anyone buying a home, but especially a first time home buyer!

Chris was superb when inspecting an older home built in the 60’s we planned to purchase and renovate. He was hands-on and extremely descriptive as to what I was walking into prior to our renovation. His report back was thorough and detailed, which allowed us to plan ahead with our remodel. I would recommend Chris to anybody when purchasing, as his prior history of renovating homes was most helpful specifically for us. His experience and professionalism is unmatched in my book.

Mr.Chris was absolutely amazing, very thorough, very communicative, he also had a lot of patience when dealing with us. This was our first time buying a house we did not know anything about inspection’s and he made sure we understood what was being done. He also took the time to answer all the multitude of questions we had. I highly recommend him and he is also a very trustworthy person.
