I had to have my Septic Pump replaced over the weekend (Sun) and I can’t express how grateful I am that Bernie Goodwin came out and handled my issue in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and kind. If you need Septic Installation or Repairs he is AWESOME!

Bernie came out, he was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and genuine guy. He was able to temporarily fix our septic wiring problem and he came up with a plan for a permanent solution. After he left, he contacted an electrician with another company who really knew his stuff. He was able to come back that same day with the electrician and explain the situation and come up with a solid game plan on how to handle everything. Bernie was very genuine and we could tell that this was more than just a job, he truly wanted to help us fix our problem. Will be using them here from here on out. Thanks guys!

DON’T call them unless you want them to do the work. We had Bernie out and decided not to use their service-2 hours later Wake County shows up saying they reported our issues to the county inspector causing a stop work order on our pool project. And did I mention the reason we hit the line to begin with is because they filed the wrong septic plan with the county when they installed it originally?!

David the CEO of the company is very friendly and professional. He gets the job done on time and cleans up his mess. He will also clear the land and dig footers for your new home or garage.
