Over the past few years, I’ve worked with Truebuild on three commercial remodeling projects, including offices, break rooms, and bathrooms. Each experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of remodeling. The owner brings a deep understanding of construction and always offers practical, straightforward guidance. I especially appreciate that he never tries to upsell unnecessary work. He is fair, honest, and easy to work with, which is rare to find these days. My wife and I wanted an addition built to our home in Gig Harbor, we hesitated as we've heard of too many contractor horror stories. A good friend of ours recommended Truebuild Construction and it's owner Arthur . We called, Arthur came out quickly, and the project progressed overall smoothly with little stress, as not only is the build quality great ( his employees are top notch , hello Peter, and experienced ) the communication from Arthur is timely, clear, and detailed. Even though our addition is in its final stage of completion, our relationship with Truebuild is not yet finished as we have decided to stay with them a little longer to almost completely remodeled the interior of our home . It was a great experience to work with Arthur and his crew at TrueBuild Construction. They are a timely and hard-working team of professionals. Courteous, accommodating team to have working your project to completion in your home. They clean up at days end. They work long days to complete your project. When you try to reach the team leader, Arthur, he responds in a timely manner. There is no wondering about when they will be back because Arthur is updating you twice a day at minimum. My bathroom remodels are complete and just what I had hoped them to be!!

Having TrueBuild Construction update our two bathrooms was amazing. They are an excellent business for any home remodeling project. From design suggestions, to demo, to install the crew are highly specialized in cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, and flooring. Arthur delivered on quoted price and timeline. He was hands on to ensure everything was to our expectation. I am 100% pleased with their workmanship and will happily hire them again. They did our bathroom transformations in July 2025 and I am loving how it all turned out. We with 3mm quartz countertops and Bellmont Cabinets.

Arthur and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling the small bathroom of our 1947 house last year. They expertly met the challenge of working on and updating an older home. I was amazed at how hard they worked. I had to encourage them to go home in the evening because they wouldn't stop working! They completed the job in only 3 days. Price was very reasonable and they left our home as clean as could be. My wife and I could not be happier with the results of the bathroom remodel.
